Join Lori Howard, Liz Kinsfather and Tara Bethell for a facilitated conversation on Appreciation and Recognition – The Differences, The Whys and The Hows. Not only are these ladies AzODN members, they are SMEs in their respective areas.
Lori is a seasoned OD and HR consultant who hails from the top ranks of PetSmart.
Liz is a seasoned OD and Board Relations consultant and mastermind, formerly with large, local nonprofit, A New Leaf. She is also a Master’s Candidate at Fielding University.
Tara is a seasoned HR, Risk Management, and Wellness consultant, formerly with large, local nonprofit, Beatitudes Campus.
Participants should jot down examples of appreciation and recognition they have used, or seen, in the workplace that have been tremendously successful or horrendously fell flat.
